代表 三澤 則行 Noriyuki Misawa

Misawa goes through the whole process of shoemaking, from design to last making, pattern making, and outsole bottoming.The style of Misawa has received a lot of commendation from Japan as well as all over the world. He is actively expanding his stage of expression to the art field by his artistic sensibility.

Born in Miyagi, Japan. Misawa moved to Tokyo due to his desire to be a shoemaker. He started to learn shoemaking in Asakusa in 2002. Since 2004, he has honed his craft as a shoemaker. In 2009, he moved to Vienna, Austria. There he gained many experiences of working with traditional shoe workshops and shoe manufacturers, at the same time, he learned about Central European art with enthusiasm. After he returned to Japan, he launched MISAWA & WORKSHOP in 2011, where he organized shoe workshops and shoemaker’s class. In order to expand his range of expression, Misawa also entered the world of leather craft and studied with Etsuko MORI, who is the inventor of leather relief and dyeing.

Solo exhibition in Chelsea in New York City.

Misawa will offer special classes at TaF.tc, which is the highly respected fashion school in Singapore.
